The doctor asks her when the stomach ache started. She answers ever since she ate the oysters. The doctor suggested that it may be because of the oysters’ pungent smell when she opened the shells. The maid shockingly asks, “binubuksan pa bay un?!” (am I supposed to open the shells before eating it?). It means she ate the oysters with the shell.
